Create “The New You”…In 2022

At the start of a new year, gyms gain a lot of new clients, we make different resolutions that we vow not to break. You might say I’m gonna lose x amount of pounds; I’m not gonna eat this anymore, I will starting eating more healthy…then it’s right back to our regular scheduled program. Here’s my theory, away with dieting and making empty promises to ourselves. After giving this some careful thought, and a lot of prayer…it hit me, a lifestyle change! When we develop a lifestyle change and just take it one day at a time, that in turn creates self discipline. Start you a morning routine and work on doing it each day until it becomes second nature. Once your daily routine becomes habit, then you will begin to see the results you want to see. You will begin to feel great about yourself!  If you miss a day for any reason, don’t ponder it, get back to it! Having self discipline will also take your confidence to another level. You will begin to face any fears you might have and you will be able to better handle the challenges life will deal you. So start TODAY…by conditioning your mind, changing the way think about any situation, taking the time to read a little more, create your morning/daily routine, and just take it one day at a time.
